Hirschi Companies Leadership
The Hirschi Iron team is led and supported by the overarching Hirschi Companies organization. These key leaders—among others—oversee Hirschi Iron’s strategic direction.
Chad is passionate about community involvement. He lives by the rule “one needs be willing to give of their time and or money to better the community.” He strives to do both! Chad embodies our Expect More philosophy! He is realistic yet never settles. He firmly believes that there is always room for improvement and growth!
These words bleed into her whole life. While her favorite profession has been a mom, Crystal has also worked hard to be a support in the community through various service projects - and in her spare time she writes children's stories. Her philanthropy work has taken her all over the world as she has served in developing countries, building, teaching, and giving back. She and her husband, Chad Hirschi, created Hirschi Helping Hands as a way to get the Hirschi team involved in various charitable programs in the Las Vegas area.
Crystal brings a grateful heart and a determined support to the whole Hirschi team. She seeks to build better people through better communities by empowering hard work and professionalism.
This combination of operational experience and management skills has enabled Karl to make a powerful impact in his role as CFO. His love for the challenges his career offers is reflected in his away-from-work hobbies, which include mountain biking, skiing, 4-wheeling, and hunting.
He began his love for construction as a young kid working with his dad, helping him do low voltage wiring in custom homes. Logan continued his passion of the industry and obtained a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. Today, he leads honest, energetic, and results driven management teams. He focuses on his clients and team, and building synergy, action and a long-term vision for success.
Currently, Logan serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and on the Board of Directors for HomeAid Southern Nevada, a non-profit focused on helping people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Logan is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He enjoys the outdoors but loves nothing more than spending quality time with his wife and 3 kids.
The Hirschi Iron Team
While working as a Technical / Safety Diver for the Le Reve show at the Wynn Las Vegas, Robert went back to school to finish a degree in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University Idaho. This allowed him to understand budgeting, management and estimating. He strives to give the most accurate bids and understands how essential this is to give customers the best value possible.
Robert loves his job at Hirschi Iron and Powder Coating. His favorite aspects are creating and designing. He loves to see a plan come together and become reality. He knows there is harmony in providing the right service and making all parties benefit; building Las Vegas into a beautiful and great place to live.
After spending a lot of time underwater, Robert feels there is no place like home. His greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife (the love of his life), daughters, and son. They can be found enjoying a good movie, competing in family breath holding contests in the pool or hiking and mountain biking wherever there is a good adventure.
As a General Superintendent, Phallon’s responsibilities include managing client expectations, scheduling Hirschi Iron projects, and overseeing all fabrication and installation teams. Her favorite thing about her work is the problem solving in an industry she’s always curious about.
Phallon loves spending her time cooking, traveling, and doing extreme sports with her 3 children. Her motto is “I better be able to do it too!”—both when it comes to teaching her kids and her position with Hirschi Iron.
His responsibilities include estimating and bidding on wrought iron projects, while also ensuring that the the fabrication shop, powder coating shop, and installation teams understand their budgets for each project. Mike loves how every iron project comes with its own challenges and he loves tackling each one with his team.
Mike spends his free time with his wife and 7 children and enjoys cooking, games, hockey, and all the events his children participate in.
